House Republicans allege that the Biden campaign orchestrated a letter signed by 51 intelligence officials dismissing the “Laptop from Hell” scandal as Russian disinformation just days before the 2020 presidential election.
According to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), his panel has obtained evidence from two former CIA officials from the Obama era, who claim that the government was weaponized to aid Biden’s campaign. The committee is expected to release a report on this matter later this month.
“Mike Morell, former acting deputy CIA director under Barack Obama, and Nick Shapiro, a longtime player inside the Obama administration, eventually became deputy CIA director for John Brennan, they were just deposed last week,” Just The News journalist John Solomon said on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” Monday.

According to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), more whistleblower interviews need to be completed before the specific evidence linking the Biden campaign’s involvement in the letter signed by 51 intelligence officials can be revealed.
Despite the officials’ unfounded claim that Hunter Biden’s laptop was fake, numerous news outlets and independent researchers have since proven its authenticity. However, the letter was used to justify censorship of the New York Post and other news outlets reporting on the story in the hours and days after it broke.
The mainstream media, led by the New York Times, only admitted the laptop was real almost two years after the 2020 election. However, the damage had already been done, with 17% of Biden voters stating that they would not have voted for him had they learned about Hunter Biden’s laptop before the election. This number was enough to potentially sway the election in Donald Trump’s favor.
According to Jordan, the letter by the intelligence officials was a clear case of election interference, spearheaded by the Biden campaign.
